Our team is here to help you with every aspect of your experience – from choosing the perfect companion that best matches your preferences, to arranging complex or last-minute bookings, to answering any questions you may have before, during or after your time with us.

How to Reach Us

All current contact methods (telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email and emergency out-of-hours line) are clearly displayed in the header and footer of every page on the website. We recommend WhatsApp or telephone for the fastest response.

Our Office Hours

Monday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 2:00 am (London time) Bookings and enquiries received outside these hours will be answered as soon as the office re-opens (usually within a few hours).

What We Can Help With

• Recommending companions based on your specific tastes, personality preferences or occasion
• Arranging same-day, advance, overnight, dinner date, travel or international bookings
• Providing additional verified photographs or short selfie videos (where the lady has agreed)
• Organising duo bookings or couples bookings
• Handling special requests (lingerie, uniforms, toys, role-play outfits, etc.)
• Confirming incall locations and discreet entrance instructions
• Assisting with hotel recommendations or verification if required
• Resolving any issues or concerns promptly and discreetly

Response Times

• Telephone & WhatsApp: usually answered within 1–3 minutes during opening hours
• Email & contact form: replied to within 30–60 minutes (often much faster)
• Out-of-hours urgent matters: responded to as soon as the team is back online

Lost Property

If you believe you have left an item at an incall apartment or during an outcall visit, contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help recover it discreetly.

Discretion & Privacy

Every conversation, message and booking detail is treated with absolute confidentiality. Nothing is ever stored longer than necessary, and we will never contact you unless you have specifically asked us to do so.
