1. Introduction

1.1 Mayfair Girls operates https://www.mayfairgirls.com (the “Website”) as an advertising and introductory platform only. 1.2 We are a London-based introduction agency that puts clients in contact with independent self-employed escorts (“Companions”) who advertise on our Website. 1.3 Mayfair Girls does not employ the Companions, does not act as an escort agency in the traditional sense, and does not organise or provide sexual services. Any adult services that may subsequently take place are a private matter between the consenting adults of legal age and are outside the scope of the service we provide. 1.4 By using the Website or contacting us to arrange an introduction, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Restriction & Legal Compliance

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use this Website or our services. 2.2 You confirm that the use of adult entertainment and escort introduction services is legal in the jurisdiction where you are located and where any meeting will take place. 2.3 You agree not to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations.

3. Nature of Our Service

3.1 The fees paid to Mayfair Girls are solely for the time and companionship of the Companion and for the introduction service we provide. 3.2 No part of the fee is for sexual services. Any sexual activity that may occur is a private arrangement between two consenting adults and is neither contracted for nor condoned by Mayfair Girls. 3.3 We do not accept any liability for what occurs during or after a private meeting between you and a Companion.

4. Booking Process

4.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by both Mayfair Girls and the Companion. 4.2 A booking is only confirmed once you have received explicit confirmation from us (usually by telephone, SMS or WhatsApp). 4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without giving a reason.

5. Deposits & Payment

5.1 For bookings of 3 hours or longer, or for overnight/out-of-London bookings, a non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30%) may be required to secure the date. 5.2 The remaining balance is payable in cash (GBP) directly to the Companion at the start of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in advance. 5.3 We do not store full credit/debit card details. Any card payments or deposits are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

6.1 If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend a confirmed booking, any deposit paid is forfeited and the Companion may, at her discretion, charge a cancellation fee. 6.2 If a Companion cancels, we will use reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement. If no replacement is available or acceptable, any deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Client Conduct

You agree:

• To treat Companions with respect and courtesy at all times
• To arrive clean, sober, and well-presented
• Not to arrive under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
• Not to request or attempt to negotiate services that are not offered by the Companion
• Not to photograph, film, or record the Companion without her explicit prior consent
• To respect the Companion’s right to end the booking at any time if she feels uncomfortable or unsafe

Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of the booking (with no refund) and being permanently refused future bookings.

8. Health & Safety

8.1 Companions have the absolute right to refuse any activity they are uncomfortable with, including refusing unprotected sex. 8.2 Clients are expected to practice safe sex at all times.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

9.1 We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it except as set out in our Privacy Policy. 9.2 You agree not to disclose any personal details of Companions to third parties or on public review sites without their express permission.

10. Accuracy of Information

10.1 While we make every effort to ensure photographs and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date, all Companions are independent and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. 10.2 Minor differences in appearance (e.g., new hair colour, tattoos, or slight weight fluctuation) do not entitle you to a refund.

11. Liability

11.1 Our liability is limited to the introduction fee paid. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from meetings arranged through our service. 11.2 You use the Website and our services entirely at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (photographs, text, logos, etc.) is owned by Mayfair Girls or licensed to us. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms
